Santorini Oregano Infused White Balsamic Vinegar

This vinegar is a favorite of mine. It is very diverse and can be used on salad, veggies, and mild entrees like fish or chicken. Greek is good!

This vinegar is delicious and adds a brightness to simple foods like canned tuna. Mix a few spoonfuls with the mayo to give your canned tuna an elevated flavor.

Your white balsamics are the best I’ve had which is why I continue to order here although I still prefer the original oregano to the sweeter Santorini. Also, the new bottle design is very elegant but now taller than before & does not fit on my shelf. I’m now left with the problem of how to store these 4 bottles I’ve just received.

Used this on a salad of fresh greens & walnuts. Very tasty!

Wonderful with tomatoes or in a Greek salad.
